Overview
This workshop is the fifth in a series of annual meetings started in 2003. Its goal is to bring together researchers interested in applications of effective field theory to collider and heavy-flavor physics. In order to ensure an informal atmosphere with lots of discussion time, attendance is limited to about 50 participants.

The next SCET workshop will take place March 25–28, 2009 at MIT, Cambridge, MA (poster).
