Change log for NOLOCKWS

A program to modify msgina.dll in order to inactivate the Lock Workstation button in the Windows NT Security (Ctrl-Alt-Del) dialog.

• support for Novell's IntraNetware Client for Windows NT (Novell comes with its own replacement for msgina.dll named nwgina(r).dll)
• automatic detection of the text on the button for most common Western European languages (coincidentally this includes Northern and Southern American languages as well): Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese (may not work), Spanish, Swedish (this does not include automatic detection of the location of nwginar.dll)
• immediate reaction on Ctrl-C or Ctrl-Break
• more complete documentation why and how this program works
• test if really running under Windows NT
• error message if msgina.dll does not exist in the specified directory
• default for Reboot Windows NT now (Y/N)? changed to Yes, so one has to press Enter simply four times
• a few minor, unimportant modifications which do not affect functionality
