Matthias Neubert elected as new director of ‘Gutenberg Forschungskolleg’ (GFK) of the University

Matthias Neubert has been elected as the new director of the ‘Gutenberg Research College’ (GRC) of Johannes Gutenberg-University of Mainz after he had been a member of the executive committee since 2009. The Gutenberg Research College (GRC) of the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz was established by the university’s senate in January 2007. The GRC is committed to supporting individuals pursuing high-level research. Its interdisciplinary executive committee is manned with top-ranking academics who strive to advance the reputation of Johannes Gutenberg University. Furthermore, the GRC advises the office of the president concerning strategic university decisions for the further development of the university.
